lots to catch up on

i have been a little slack on my posts the past 6 months. a friend with a fabulous little blog has inspired me to resume.
i think i will start with the top 5 baby accessories i cannot live without:

1. our Britax Marathon Car Seat in denim (of course) we got ours on diapers.com but can find them on amazon.com as you can see.

2. Flip video camera not exclusively a baby accessory of course but ours has been great for catching all of those funny moments, especially for not so close friends and family.

3. Umbrella Stroller

we want to express momma's milk so that daddy can occasionally roll up his sleeves and partake in dinner time but our first few trys at the "other nipple" proved to be unsuccessful... then we tried the Platex Drop Ins, BPA free and much like mommas nipple, atticus took right to it and with no issue of going back to the real deal! they are a breeze to assemble and make for a super easy , tidy clean up! all you do is drop in the liner, pop in the nipple and voila!

hybrid diaper, take one!

testing out G diapers for the first time today. i bought the starter kit at ellwood thompsons here in richmond (www.ellwoodthompsons.com), they can also be found at www.babiesrus.com and wholefoods, i believe. G's are a hybrid cloth meets throw away. the diaper part is an organic cotton, brightly colored pant w/ Velcro closure in the back, so wandering hands cannot undo...the cutest part is the little "g" emblazoned on the bum. the inserts are compostible and flushible

stelaprotect saves the day!

just discovered Mustelas paraben FREE line!!! thank GOD, now we don't need to hunt for something new that's gentle and chemical free for Atticus!

baby you smell fresh!

obsessed with Mustela at the moment, however, need to find new obsession as Mustela is jam packed w/ not one, not two but multiple parabens :( soo sad
